At ARCH Art Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and in sellable condition. Please note that cut goods, aerosols, and clearance items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our store location with your original receipt or contact our support team via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for shipped orders.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
